I was very disappointed on how this company is being run. Technician comes to the home, I plug/unplug in the range, he opens the piece of the back cover and then say's it could be the electronic board? duh, I could have told him that? That's the first and easy way out of saying. Then charge me service call + diagnostic + labor? What labor? Taking out the screws? Geez. If you want to use this company, make SURE to find another company first. Check they're rate. I think they have one of the highest service call out there.

After reviewing your file, we understood from the technician diagnosed that there was an electrical issue with your stove. Our company has a special lab with special equipment which, unfortunately, cannot be carried to private homes. The technician offered you to take your stove to the lab in order to proceed with the repair. Unfortunately you didn’t want to proceed with the repair in our lab, and this was offered to you by the technician. In some cases when the technician spends time in order to solve the problem at the client’s house, we do charge labor and we feel sorry that you find that unacceptable.
