I was very pleased with the service that Shawn provided, especially the recommendations on products. His recommendations saved me time and money as I now don’t have to go through the trial and error of products. He even provided suggestions that I wouldn’t have thought of in the first instance. He is passionate and knowledgeable about his field. As well, he talks to you like you are a friend or family member, while still staying professional. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch.
