you cannot count on this man to finish his work. We are still waiting for him to come back and replace one of our doors but i really don't think it will happen. He said he will be over but never shows up. It has been over two years. We can live with it but that is not the point. Be where of this company.
I had problem with the love seat and couch at first ,they exchanged it but we got another set and had simular problem. Where it was sitting in the box it rubed through the material. I guess i phoned enough because they let us exchange the whole set again. After I told him the arm was loose and I felt it was going to fall off,they took it back to the store and phoned me and said it was all in my head , in so may words. I feel the this company think we are stuped. That is how we feel. When you buy something new you expect better custumer care. I know we will never go back.
