Jaysons Roofing was hired to remove old siding, soffets, facia Gutters and shingles and replace with all new on our home that got hit with Hail real bad. They did an excellent job, came on time stayed until the job was done, I was so pleased with them I gave each of the worker a gift. then when their was a warranty issue then they came back for warranty this winter. On the original tear off of the roof one of their over anxious worker damaged some of my wifes flowers in the flower bed, and a manager came out right away that day with a $100.00 gift card to a Nursery for my wife.this is how all contractors should be. This Company in Stony Plain, Alberta was contracted to replace a side door and casing to our home, the first door and casing installed was installed wrong and out of wack, the second door and casing/jam was installed and now this past winter it leaks a ton of Cold air into the house, aslo the paint they put on must have been Crap as it has come off within the first 3 months of it being painted, they also painted right over the striker plate and screws. I contact the owner of G andJ Home Improvements and he said he would come back to fix these dificencies, he promised me he would as his word is very important to him and for us to trust him. It has been more than a year now nothing done still. The latice he put up is falling over and he was suppose to fix that as well. So much for his word eh!
