I had Nick fully replace an old original decaying wood balcony and porch at the front of my mid-1930’s house. The main porch replaced with a concrete one and the second floor balcony replaced with a wood infrastructure, metal railings, pvc flooring. The final results are outstanding, and his work is so solid I can rest assured that his work will last into the next century. Although Nick’s passion is concrete, he also does extended projects as well as my project involved several additional trades under his direction (roofers, carpenters, fencing, etc). I had several prior quotes and his prices are always straightforward and fair – especially for the quality of his work. Regarding timing, although Nick is a busy guy, he will let you know when you will be scheduled in and will try to stick to his start date give or take a couple of weeks depending on his previous project. Once he starts the project, his full focus is on completing your project, and the project is completed in a very timely and efficient fashion. Daily cleanup is excellent. He is easy to talk to, listens to your concerns, and is easily reachable by phone for any issues that may come up during your project. I can attest to this as I have in fact used him for several other projects over the years, and the quality of his work remains exemplary. Nick and his crew come highly recommended, and I will definitely be using him for further projects in the future. Thanks Nick!

I have to rebuild a deck and porch on my property that is old and requires replacement. Pezhman was very professional and thorough in designing the plans for this project. He directly dealt with the City of Toronto in filling out all forms, applications etc needed to obtain the necessary permits to proceed with this project. In addition he did site visits, even speaking with the neighbours about this project as it is a semi-detached property. Would definitely recommend Pezhman and Rigid Frame Structural engineers, and I'm looking forward to working with him in the future. Peter L.

I had to rebuild a large and long old retaining wall that was falling apart on my property. After obtaining some absurdly high quotes from some of the top reviewed concrete/foundation workers on homestars and interviewing a few other contractors who although had lower prices I didn't have confidence, I came across Nick's company doing some internet research. I have done multiple renovations on a few properties and I can say with utmost confidence Nick is the best contractor in his field and work is outstanding. When first meeting him I felt totally confident in his abilities in working with concrete. He is extremely knowledgeable, I was immediately impressed on how he would be building my retaining wall and put my mind at rest that his finished product would last a lifetime. As he was working on the wall he kept me informed on the deficiencies of the old wall, and his solutions on ensuring how the new wall will be sound. As he was building my wall I realized he also fixes leaky basement foundations - An ongoing 7 year problem that was not fixed after dropping a huge sum of money to previous foundation repair specialist that didn't honour his warranty; Nick quickly was able to diagnose why the initial waterproofing didn't work and fixed my leaky basement - it has been bone-dry since. Lastly, I had him replace my crumbling asphalt driveway with a concrete one that will last decades. His final product of retaining wall/driveway/leaky basement looks amazing. He is pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, his time frame in completing work excellent, his work is thorough and his workmanship outstanding. He will easily provide you with options and opinions/pricing on each option, and he will listen and respond to any ongoing requests and questions you may have. I already have some further projects arranged with him in the near future. Having lots of experience with previous contractors, he is highly recommended - I would rate him an '11' if it were possible on this website. Full roof replacement - I have both a combined flat and sloped roof. Matt( owner of company) is a very nice guy, very easy to work with, hears out all your concerns and gave great advice and options. His pricing is definitely good for the amount of work they did. They came on time, spent their full days completing my job, were very professional, and cleaned up everything nicely after the work was done. He was referred to me by my initial contractor (he did some smaller work on my place on behalf of my contractor for a complete house renovation 3 years ago), and I would highly recommend him to anybody wanting any roof work done. Fast service, and great experience! - Second time using reliable, Dave actually came on Canada Day after my AC wasn't working in the intense heat (the day after I called). Minor issue with A/C and was corrected. Honest, friendly company. Will definitely be using them when my 15 year a/c finally stops working. Thanks Dave!.

We had to use Arby Cartage for 2 different moves - one for our condo, and a second one for 2 storage lockers - a large task at hand. I am totally impressed with this company, and I would highly recommend them. I was initially fearful of the 'smaller' moving companies given that we have a large amount of delicate furniture and I was going to go with a bigger company (naively thinkng larger companies are more reputable, etc). After considerable research I decided to go with Arby cartage. I talked to Arby over the phone - a very pleasant and charming individual. For the 2 moves, I dealt with Anil who oversaw everything, Rahman, Rudy, Clifton (I'm not sure I got your name correct), and Ali. Everybody was very friendly, very accomodating and very helpful. They provided excellent service, and I was amazed at their ability to move extremely heavy and delicate furniture up several FLIGHTS of narrow stairs without even a scratch or mark. They even moved remaining items from both lockers into 1 locker to allow me to cancel the locker rental without my asking. They installed my unassembled bed without my asking. They are very fairly priced, all details were discussed up front with Arby. There were no hidden fees at all. Thanks for your great service! - Peter
