Dyand installed our initial furnace and heating equipment, it wasn't until later that we found out that they up sold us on an 80 + efficient furnace that we found out that it was a plain 50% + efficient furnace that was already out of warranty when installed. They do not support their product and dealing with them after they got our money was a nightmare. Don't trust them, check everything out before you give them any money!
