A breeze of air comes in through the screws of the door knob handle, we didnt notice in the summer or fall, but in winter is very noticeable. The service technician that came noticed and agreed that that is not right, and was told by the head office, that all doors are like that, that nothing else can be done., I was told to call my sales representative, to see if changing the whole handle set, makes a difference. Im really disappointed.

I’ve done the best investment for my house, using Renewal by Andersen. My new windows look stunning, cooler and bigger. All the crew were professional and neat (Juan, Jesus and Edgar), they took care of every little details to make sure my windows are properly installed. Once they were done Justin (Project Manager.) arrived and help the crew to sweep, that is teamwork! And finally Jason (Senior Designer Consultant) made a visit to also inspect the job done which of course made my family happy. I recommend Renewal by Andersen

Do NOT use this company. I contracted them 4 years ago to do my old driveway. First I had to call them to remind them to do the job. Then after just 1 year it started to crack almost everywhere; and they didn't install curves to separate from the front-yard (pictures) even though I was told they will take care of the curves. So I called them and call them and call them every occasion, they said they'll come to fix it in every call I made, but after 4 years they NEVER came to fix it. His son, now took the company, wanted to charge me $1,950 to fix it and install curves. I regret so much using this company. Stay away!
