3 years into the project and there are still so many deficiencies the building dept. won't issue a final permit and the bank won't give us a mortgage because of the problems, yet builder demands payment in full. Our dream home became a complete nightmare... delays, poor planning, lack of site surpervision, questionable behavior, constant mistakes, poor workmanship, etc. Now huge legal costs incurred because builder failed to meet minimum OBC standards and did not finish our house as per signed contract. This builder made what should be an enjoyable experience into a total nightmare for us.
