Easy Basements did a great job rebuilding my entire main floor from bare wood to finished product. I had a very challenging (for me) project, that required dropping a loadbearing wall, then rebuilding the entire mainfloor. The EB team poured a new concrete pad in my basement, removed the entire first floor (Walls, flooring, ceiling, everything except load bearing wood). They completed this work quickly and without fuss. From here, they completed challenging technical work, like installing a 20 ft LVL into my ceiling, rerouting plumbing and HVAC, then rebuilt everything, right to the finishing touches. The team was professional, courteous, diligent and worked hard and long hours. They were polite, and had a soft touch when the project got stressful. I couldnt have asked for more as they made multiple changes as per my requirements. They were very skilled at their work, and even their finishing was top notch. My biggest complaint with contractors is that they disappear to work on other jobs half way through, and Illia and his team were always on the job; Never AWOL. Great team, I will recommend them heavily and will use them again for future projects.

I had a great time working with Luxia Kitchens on my custom Kitchen rebuild. The initial design work was professional, and ocurred in their well designed and tasteful office. All my designs were 3d mocked on the computer so I could see the end product. We spent many sessions updating the designs with Vicky, who took the time to design the kitchen the way i wanted. Build time was standard, and build work occurred at an average pace, albeit with 4 different sets of workers, which could have been improved. I had 2-3 changes after install, and Luxia ensured that they satisfied my requests. This was a key point, as many vendors cut and run after final payment. Excellent cost, great product. I loved the entire project. Highly Recommended.
