Caplan's has the WORST customer service I've ever encountered. Bought a Bosch dishwasher that came defective and needed a new control panel. Left several messages that went unanswered. Finally spoke with Liz of "customer service" who contradicted herself a number of times, telling me how "common" broken control panels were since they are electronic. Argued with me when I said a brand new machine should not be delivered with a broken control panel. Offered me NO help whatsoever. Refused to call Bosch on my behalf. Do NOT buy from Caplan's. Also, salesperson didn't return any of my 3 calls.
