Hawk Property Developments recently completed a full kitchen and bedroom renovation for us. The finished product is beautiful! Before starting, we got quotes from a number of contractors, but confidently went with Dane based on his ideas, approach, clear communication, fair price, and professionalism. Dane provided a detailed outline of the work to be done and cost breakdown. Dane’s thorough planning allowed our project to stay on budget. When there were some things that needed to change (which is to be expected in any home renovation project), Dane clearly communicated different options and costs associated, respecting our budget limitations. Dane & his team were involved and helpful every step of the way, including providing us with great ideas/options, joining us to meet with an IKEA kitchen designer, referring us to various companies to choose materials (e.g. countertops, sink & faucet, etc.), listening to our ‘wants’ and guiding us down the right path, etc. Throughout the project, the Hawk team kept us updated about upcoming work and timelines and were very responsive to our questions via text, phone, and/or email. The company uses a digital platform that unfortunately did not work for us, but I can see how it would be helpful for communicating about a project to ensure all involved are on the same page. When the work was nearly done, we did a final walk through and made a list of finishing touches/fixes that Dane ensured were done for us. Whenever an issue or obstacle did arise throughout the project, Dane handled it very professionally and made sure that we were happy with the outcome. It is very clear that Dane wants to ensure his customers are pleased and we are definitely happy customers! We would absolutely recommend Dane & his team to others and would be eager to work with Hawk again on a future renovation project!! A big thank you to Dane & the Hawk team!

Natanael and his team recently completed a big project on our home – removing multiple walls, installing beams, new floors throughout the main floor, new railing around the staircase, building a new bathroom, all new drywall, insulation, pot lights, etcetera – basically they redid most of our main floor!
