After giving up on Telus security I contacted Engineered Alarm Solutions - they were recommended by the manufacturer of the device we have. At every step in the process, I was impressed by their responsiveness, knowledge and how professional they were - from the owner, the technician, the person in billing - they are such a delight to work with. They also made recommendations for a system that would have been a better fit for us, but they respected that we didn't have the budget to upgrade at this time. At that point, they got to exactly what we needed - a repair to the current device. I cannot say enough good things about this company! Highly recommend.

I have a door access lock that was installed by ADT, now Telus. It's not working and I called the sales rep who did the update to our system when it became Telus. He said he didn't sell security systems any longer and he didn't know who I should call (he's at a different division at Telus). I called the main number - I am an existing customer, pay a monthly bill - and asked for contact information to reach my new rep. I was told that would have someone call me and I couldn't have a contact number. I told them that it was urgent. I asked what if a rep didn't call me and she said, I'd need to call the main number and they'd escalate the request. This is crazy. I did not get a call and I will find someone to do the work, other than Telus.

Our side by side fridge has a water dispenser inside the door and it had stopped working. I sent Top Tech an email with the make, model. He asked me a few questions and he needed to see it to diagnose cause. He ordered a part and in a week's time came back and removed the problem part and replaced it. I works perfectly now! The job was done right and Top Tech is extremely professional in how they do business and treat customers. 100% recommend.

A fantastic experience at every step in the process. I received a prompt reply from Jason when I contacted him. We arranged a time for him to visit and scope the work and an estimate was provided right then. Between his ratings here and his professionalism, I hired him on the spot and booked a slot for the work to be done. It included the entire interior of our home including 6 rooms, walls, trim, ceiling, doors and staircase. We also had some damage (holes, dog chews) to fix. He provided advice on type of paint to use so that the walls could be wiped down when needed. He arrived on time to start work with one other person. They were both expert painters, took care to cover and mask all required and did the job in 3 days. It looks fabulous. Clean up was excellent as well. They were both a pleasure to have in our home - even our dog Wallace came to like them! Would definitely hire them again and highly recommend. Thank you Jason!
