Anwar and his team were professional and knowledgeable. His people inspected the house and made the engineering drawings for the permit applications with the City. He was helpful in the permit application process as he was quick to respond to anything the City would ask for. He was also very responsive to us and was able to send an engineer to site the next business day when the City asked for their 2nd opinion. This was important to keep to the construction schedule. He's easily reachable through phone (text, WhatsApp, call) and via email. His services are good value for money - this is for a full townhome gut renovation. We would use him again and can recommend to others. Scope of work included: - Engineering structural drawings (including load bearing wall removal) and City permit application support - Plumbing drawings (turns out the City did not need this) - Site construction inspection and report when the City asked for it

Installed a Panasonic exhaust fan in our bathroom. Very professional. They came and realized they needed a part since we had an older pipe size, didn't charge extra for this. They stuck to the original quote which I appreciate. One thing, I was quoted a Panasonic fan but they brought a different brand, when I brought it up to them, they went back to the van and brought out the correct model.
