I was looking for tuckpointing services done for my new home and found Mike. He was awesome to deal with and very reasonable with his pricing. He also managed to take care and fix a few spots around my house I initially did not catch. I would definitely recommend Mike and his business.

We live in a 5 year old home with a concrete porch and steps connected to the back of the house. There was an issue with my concrete porch that it was absorbing water but not drying properly causing it to spall on the surface. Adrian came by and it was discovered the builder did not create any weeping holes to allow the moisture to escape. He gave me some options and we proceeded with drilling a few holes into the concrete porch to allow it to breath. he was knowledgeable and professional. He was also very honest and was patient with all the questions i had before proceeding with a solution. I would definitely use him and his company again.

I was concerned about a mold issue in my 5 years old home and Gerrard came by on he same day I put up my inquiry on homestar. He came by and checked my bathroom which was the area of my concern but also did a sweep of my entire home as well. He answered all of my questions and concerns and provided me with recommendations. He is by far one of the most honest contractors I’ve met and won’t try to upsell you on anything if you don’t need it. I highly recommend this company if you ever suspect any issues with mold in your house and would like someone to conduct an inspection.

I had an issue with water seeping into my dry wall from the base of my shower. George from the company contacted me and came over to my house a few days after. He helped me figure out the source of the leak, fixed the problem and patched up the drywall. He also provided me with suggestions to avoid this problem again in the future. They are an amazing company. They will provide you with an honest opinion and won’t try to take your money you for something doesn’t need to be fixed. I highly recommend CDA. It’s hard to find a general contractor you can trust.
