Scott in Thornhill

We hired Fitkin movers to move us from Toronto to Thornhill in July of 2007. We had gotten a few quotes first, and decided to get Fitkin in to give us a quote as well. Their quote was very thorough and competitive with the others. Based on previous moves I had done, and others that I had talked with, I had a certain expectation that Fitkin met. We decided to go with them. They showed up with the amount of guys promised, the size of truck that was promised and the materials that were promised. They did a great job. The true test which they passed was getting a couch out of the basement which only barely had fit in, in the first place. They got it out without any damage to the walls (unlike the move in). All-in-all, they did a great job, only stopped working for a short lunch and came in slightly over the quote, but not due to any slacking. It was well within my expectations. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to others.

We contacted Kiya to replace our outdated electical panel and install a new pot light. His quote was competitive with others that we had received, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with other questions that we had. He showed up on-time, completed everything in a timely manner to our complete satisfaction. We would hire him for more work when we have it, and recommend him to others.
