Bart's Rooftops had done one of our neighbour's roof and highly recommended them. We could not agree more. Daniel, the owner, was quick to respond and assess our ongoing roof leakage problem taking the time to explain the issue and offering options. We were impressed with his knowledge and assessment and decided on a new roof and are extremely pleased with the result. Our existing downspouts were over 34 years old and needed replacement. We also had a couple of challenging locations to deal with and Josh had good ideas to solve some placement problems we previously had. For example we had a tight space at one of the corners of the house to the back yard. Josh resolved this by connecting the downspout from the eavestrough directly to the side fence and out towards the the back of the property. On one of the front corners of the house he also provided a downspout outlet on a hinge allowing one to raise it when moving a lawn mower or a wheel barrel through the space that it previously occupied. Josh was very easy to deal with and did excellent work.
