Kristy is an amazing organizer and knows her stuff when it comes to getting things in order in a house and figuring out a way to make the complicated work simply. She also makes it so that her work is easy to build upon and maintain so youre not in the same place you were when you hired her 6 months from now!

Had an a/c leak that required immediate attention and Sam was able to come and take care of it for us on a Sunday night. Quick and easy communication. Honest with his appraisal, and worked quickly, cleanly, and explained what he was doing and what he was seeing every step of the way. Best part of all is that he was able to come on short notice within a couple of hours. A pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend to anyone!

New Century cleans my apartment every 2 weeks and I'm always impressed by how thorough they are. Kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, dining room, floors...everything is always taken care of, and they even accommodate special requests within reason. My favourite day of the week is every 2nd Friday- coming home to an extra clean apartment, a sparkling bathroom, and a completely freshened bedroom. Even better, they don't stand pat- I get semi-regular calls or emails from them asking how the service is, and if there is anything in particular that can be improved. The one time I mentioned something minor, it was done, and has been done consistently since. Highly highly recommended!
