The work was done efficiently according to the job description given to me. This involved digging down to foundation level, replacing weeping tile & vertical pipe, sealing the wall. There were no surprises and the cleanup work was done very impressively. Note: I have upgraded rating to a 10 because Drain Com sent me an excellent record of pictures from the window well area during and after the excavation work. I had not totally expected this.

After a very good experience with Sal building a neighbor fence for us a couple or years ago, I hired him more recently to build the back & front fences with gates on our corner lot. Once again I got the results I hoped for - high quality work done on schedule and at expected cost. I was impressed how he could creatively overcome some bad tree & root problems he faced along the way. Also, when I asked he was very agreeable to make some minor adjustments to the front gate that I wanted.

Ariel was very professional and forthright to deal with. Even though the problem with my Samsung dryer was not as straightforward as hoped, Ariel effectively communicated the likely costs and necessary steps to find the fix. Mazdak was contracted to do extensive interlocking work that involved a double driveway, walkways, patio and a garden wall. The interaction with Mazdak on design plans and stone selection was a pleasant and professional experience. He was most accommodating in a last minute change to the border stones we wanted for the front walkway. The job was done within the expected time frame and budget and the results were very impressive. Neighbors have commented on the awesome new look we have to the front of our house. After the job was completed and paid for, my wife noticed one of the garden wall stones had some imperfections and she wanted it replaced. This was readily arranged with Mazdak who proved his focus on keeping the customer happy and building solid relationships for the future.
