I did a thorough research before choosing which company I am going to pick to do 14 windows replacement in my house. I had 8 different companies - each with its own strength in the industry however after careful review I choose On Star. Their offer was not far from the others but it made a difference to me. The price was not the factor - I asked every on every single quote from each company to provide as much details as possible so I can compare apples to apples. By the time I got On Star to quote I already had established what I would want from this project, however the honesty and common sense in the answers to my questions gave me extra confidence to choose On Star. I must say that I do not regret my decision even a single bit. The installers were so polite, they were extra careful to not make a lot mess - very considerable to my newly purchased furniture, covered everything and cleaned up nicely after them. They went extra mile to cover the old above windows wood and metal frames with new aluminum sheet to match the new windows look and seal it and water proof the everything. Since those windows are vinyl with this kind of treatment to their surroundings I do not have to worry for touching anything in regards to the windows in the next 20 years or so. I'm so pleased the installers works that I have no words to explain it. I am very satisfied on the way that the new windows look. They have changed the look of my house in very positive way. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking to get new windows. Could not be more happy with their service. I just wish that there are more companies like On Star, that are professional, do their due diligence and they do it extremely well.
