Paid $5700.00 towards a small bathroom reno, (original quote was $6500.00), but I with held the hold back due to shoddy workmanship and and the necessary redo of the freshly tiled shower by another contractor. Barely 2 years have gone by and the grout is coming loose from the tiled floor. The under mount sink had to be re mounted as it dislodged about a year into the install. I could go on, but I think you got the idea.
