Newly married couple in Brampton who is going through hell after purchasing nearly $5000 worth of furniture from Arrow Furniture's Brampton Location. Worst customer service in the industry! Bar None. They are forcing us to deal with the manufacturer on a sofa they sold us that is falling apart after only 9 months. "Sorry you have to deal with the manufacturer on that issue, we can't help you, have a nice day". So much for a customer satisfaction driven industry! Buyer Beware!!!!
