KDM was at our home for something entirely different; however Dan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!! KDM suggested we clean out or HRV filters and I was literally like “what filters?” Dan took his time to explain absolutely everything from how to open the unit to what I’d find inside it and how to remove and also how to clean them. Thank you to KDM, we are well on out way to cleaner air.
