Working with Michael and his team at Level Up was a breath of fresh air! We had previous experience with contractors who did not stay on schedule or budget and were very nervous to hire someone for this job. However, Michael is a consummate professional. From the outset he got to know us and both our goals and fears. His expertise and project-planning skills were on display immediately. He sized up the job, gave us a quote and a schedule and STUCK TO THEM. He was friendly, communicative, and reassuring throughout. He got the job done in the timeline he promised and on budget. We were so impressed! This was made all the more challenging by the fact that Michael had to navigate changing COVID reguations, etc., throughout the project. Along the way all of the workers who came to the house were on time, considerate, and flexible. The work itself is very well done. We have been living in the space now for a couple of months and are very, very happy! We continue to recommend Michael and the team to any friends and family who are looking for a contractor.
