UPDATE 2024-03-27 Based on the most recent reviews on TRT Masonry and General Contracting I can see that multiple people are having issues with Trizstan and TRT Masonry and General Contracting. Unfortunately. I have to add to the list. As you can see Trisztán also denies people being a customer also to look good. I just went through old emails and I have tones of emails with TRT so they who I am. I even have an email from Trisztán acknowledging my review and that he will address my concerns, but as you all probably expected I havent heard back from him. I dont know if it helps but maybe if you reach out to his insurance company you might get some relief. Original Review The objective of this review is to just help people. I know what its like to try and find good and professional people to work on your home. Everyone needs to make their own decisions. Im just sharing my unfortunate experience. My biggest issue I had with TRT Masonry is the lack of communication. I haven't heard back from them in many months for some issues. The last response I have is just get a bag of Parging cement for $6 or a bag of type an mortar mug a handful with water and put it on a piece of sponge and rub the area. Problem solved. Note typos are from the response. I recently sent emails on Aug 15, Aug 21, Aug 31, and Sep 7th and no response. I can see TRT has had no problems finding time to respond to reviews but not my emails. Below are some pictures to show some repairs I have been asking for (broken parging in multiple spots and limestones that are now different colours). I understand things dont always work out, but you need to take responsibility and fix them. I have had other issues with the quality of work but it was easier to fix them myself. Its too bad things didnt work out. Now that I look back at what other contractors were planning on doing I wish I spent a little more and got someone more experienced. I really dislike talking negatively about anyone but if you want to be treated professionally you need to do the same. I hope this review is helpful to others looking for contractors.

I needed someone to design the ductwork for an old home. David worked with me to come up with a design that works and minimizes the impacts the aesthetics of the home. Gancy could have charged me for multiple things. He didn’t charge me for anything. He was an honest guy and told me not to waste my money on what I showed him. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Not only is he honest he was also available regularly for questions by phone. If you think you have an insect problem I recommend you give him a call. If someone else advised you do do any treatments at your home. I would recommend you reach out to Gancy before you do anything.

Robert came to our home to review and test some stucco ceilings for asbestos. He ended up also providing us with some tips for finished areas of the home since he knew we were considering other renovations. He is very professional but most importantly easy to talk to. He even came back, at no charge, to look at something I forgot to show him in his original visit. I called multiple places. Not only was he one of the most knowledgeable people about asbestos but his price is the best for what you are getting out there. I would definitely recommend Templar to anyone who has concerns about asbestos. Thank you Robert.
