I knew for a long time my roof was old, as the 30 year old shingles were regularly flying off, revealing the original near 50 year old shingles. Well it starts leaking a bit just after Christmas, I find this company on line with some good reviews, and click “chat” . Guy answers back right away, comes over that night in the pouring dark rain and gives me a fair estimate. Rick schedules it for starting the very next week, two guys start and do a detailed meticulous job , scraping off one area at a time, carefully tarping up whatever to start again the next day. Went a bit slow, but I could see the mess they were dealing with. Went a bit over the original estimate, but the negotiation was very fair. Dynamite job, the father /son team did a great careful job. Rick came at the end for a double check, closing the loop. Great guys all around.
