My experience with Restoranation was great all around. Alex did the quote, explained everything clearly and was great to work with. Arthur and Charles did a thorough job cleaning everything up, making sure all affected areas were dealt with, even going into an area that was unexpectedly affected. And they sent lots of photos showing everything before, during and after. I have complete confidence in what Restoranation did for us. Thank you, Alex, Arthur and Charles. Great Job!

Simon was very professional, giving us all the information we needed, even making an extra trip to our place so we could see what a new style of roof vent looked like. The crew, led by Ming, did a great job. When they found a problem with a beam caused by a previous company's addition of a bathroom vent through the roof, they added support to the beam at no extra charge. Simon was great to work with and the job done was excellent!

Andrew is very knowledgeable. He provided great service and expertly installed a quality air conditioning product at a good price. I will be calling him when we need a new furnace!

I was very surprised that a company that had as good a quote as anyone else (much better than most) would give such great customer service. The person doing the quote (Steve) was very good to work with and the guys doing the job went out of their way to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. I highly recommend Fortress!
