It was a long weekend and we had planned lunch for a big gathering. Fridge stopped cooling on Friday. Panic. Well, Alpha came on Saturday, accurately diagnosed the problem, searched for the part (fridge is 10 years old) and was Repaired in the afternoon. Thank you for your professional and prompt service.
