I did try another contractor first because his price was lower by $400. That was a mistake as they just never showed up the next day. Could not find them on HomeStars and I called Sam to come to do the job which was done perfectly. My mistake was to go with a cheaper price instead of checking who was better. Sam and his employees were polite, thorough and top notch. I needed the work done quickly and from original estimate to clean up the service was fantastic. I would recommend Sam the handyman in a heartbeat for this kind of work to any of my friends, relatives and colleagues.
