Replace parents 30+ sytem with New AC and Furnace
in 2018 I had a very old furnace replaced with an American Standard, and was happy and satisfied. Left a good review (May 22, 2018) with some minor issues that could have been better. This time my parents needed a new AC and due to mechanical issues was recommended to replace the 30+ year old Lennox furnace as well. Sales person, Michael was friendly, helpful, explained clearly what the issues were and what he recommends. Worked with me to answer any questions I had. Installers came on time and worked very neatly. No garbage or dirt left behind. The installation was VERY good. Really took pride when bending and forming the duct work. I really wish installer back in 2018 for my furnace was as good. This installer had the tools, or knowledge of how to use what he has to form, and bend the sheet metal. Color matching caulking outside around the vent pipe and AC lines. Clear caulking was used back in 2018. Overall very happy, but surprised how different the installations were between mine in 2018 and parents in 2024.
