An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We hired Chris and City Wide Group to waterproof a portion of our newly renovated house. They faced several complexities with the job, such as removing out existing concrete pad, interlocking stones, a/c unit and pool pump, filter and heater. City Wide Group maintained a clean site, and were very respectful of the property. They constructed a custom pressure treated wood window well at the front of the house, and it turned out beautiful. All concrete and interlocking stone were put back better than original, and all pool appliances and A/C we re-connect. City Wide Group handled it all, we were headache free.
