We hired Peter to do our permit drawings and get our building permits from the City of Toronto for a basement renovation and small rear extension and deck. He was great! He offered great recommendations that informed our design. He was very fast in responding to any questions we had and was very knowledgeable in terms of what the City's expectations were from zoning to permits. Would definitely hire Peter again.

Mr Roof Repair replaced two roof vents (one was leaking) and plumbing flanges on my roof and also secured some loose fascia. They did a great job and were fast once the job was booked and scope of work determined. The leak at my roof vent has been fixed and there was a hard rain shortly after the fix to test it out. Thanks.

Toronto Tree Removal was fast, and careful and cleaned up everything. I would definitely recommend them. They took down a 30-40 foot Manitoba maple from my back yard that was growing into the neighbour's garage. They were done in a few hours.

We hired Perfect Post to build a fence with a sliding gate. Total length was 20 feet. The fence looks great, but sliding gate is not hung properly; one of the rollers constantly rubs on the track and makes the gate difficult to open. I've tried to get them to come look at it and/or fix it but it has now been over a month with no action. The top of the fence is also subject to water issues as the water drips in between the wood and freezes. I will have to put a cap on the top of the fence myself as I don't think it will last very long the way it is now. Overall, they built the fence quickly and when they said they would and it looks really good. The posts seem straight and solid. Attention to detail on the issues mentioned above could have been better, so its a bit disappointing.
