We had water damage in our basement, and luckily Jiang's home renovations was able to take a few days from their busy schedule to help me right away. Evan was prompt, professional, knowledgeable. They were efficient and organized. They know what they are doing for sure. During the renovation they even helped me fix some mistakes that that my previous contractors had done. After the job was done they cleaned up our basement and garage nicely. It's a family run business and they do it with pride and integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. We discovered a slow leak in our basement last month. We called Contractor Pass and Dave came the same day to assess the leak and was able to start in a couple days for us. He was very courteous, professional, and detailed. The job was supposed to be very messy but by the time I came home from work the basement was completely spotless. All damaged areas were removed , not even a piece of trash in sight! All of the furniture was covered and mold area was treated and quarantined. He also came back a couple times after just to double check. An exceptional job ! I was very impressed and thankful I found the company. I won’t hesitate for one second to recommend it to others .
