This is was my first time using Same Day Appliance Repair and thank goodness I found someone as honest, knowledgeable, and forthcoming as John. He kept his word whenever he said he would call and visit. His initial service call was very affordable and helpful in finding the two issues (a bad thermostat & circuit board). He had to order the parts but he did not over charge for the parts was and all-around a nice human being.

Steve was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I was able to get in contact with him immediately. I had so many questions about my garage door repair and he answered every one of them where I could understand. My garage door is now fixed and working like brand new.
