The men arrived in the designated period and got right to work. First laying down floor protection from the front door to each of the windows. We were a bit worried due to the low ceiling of the Rec room, but they did not damage it and the trim job is great. Was shown how they operate, especially the 'cleaning' feature - love it. They cleaned up inside and out and took the garbage away. The men were courteous, business-like and worked expertly. We have 2 more windows to replace in the other side of the basement and will be having Kempenfelt quote in the Spring.
