From the four companies I interviewed, I'm so pleased I decided to use Campbell Pools. Shaun came through with knowledge of requirements regarding power lines, which the other companies lacked. Fred came through with removal and disposal of tree roots, which the other companies wouldn't take on. The planning process with Shaun was thorough, and he dealt with my questions understanding what a big deal the undertaking was for me, even though for him it's a daily event. When the labour was underway it was a pleasure to witness the joviality and efficiency with which they worked. Fred, too, understands that having a pool dug isn't an every day occurrence for the homeowner, and made himself available to answer questions along the way. I have nothing but good things to say about the process and customer service.
