Having a home built in the 80's we had no Ethernet or cable on our upper level. We needed someone who could fish the lines without damage to our finished basement. Anthony and Mike to the rescue! They went above and beyond and managed to fish cables from a pot light in the basement to the attic. They were able to remove the messy modem and NAS storage device from my living room and place it in the basement while still providing us with a much faster wireless signal. They are very knowledgeable and provide solutions that are both practical and economical. We will hire them again to upgrade our existing home theater. A pleasure to have in your home.

This past winter we had a squirrel living in our attic. After evicting the squirrel we found one bedroom was particularly cold. Knowing the damage a squirrel can do we called Zenic to check the state of our insulation and add additional insulation.We found out that the squirrel had trampled the insulation to 2" around the perimeter of our attic and in the area of the cold bedroom, there was hardly any insulation left. After adding allot of additional insulation the bedroom is no longer cold. The bonus: squirrels don't like the cellulose insulation so we don't expect a repeat of last winter. Zenic was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very clean.

We have our son returning from university in 2 weeks and thought we would update his room from a builders quality trim to a designer style. That meant big baseboards, crown moulding,, true window sills with casing and backband, plinth blocks at door frames. We were concerned our job would be too small and our time frame too short. Using Homestars as our research base, we quickly found Paul from Crowning Touch. He was able to meet with us right away and able to squeeze us in for our 1 day job with no hesitation. Paul was professional, thorough, courteous, very skilled and on time! He remained flexible when working with trim that we choose to supply and was able to repair the deficiencies of existing trim. All the trim was painter ready with nail holes filled and caulking done. ( A rarity for carpenters.) The job was PERFECT. We went from idea to completion in 1 week We will be using Crowning Touch again to trim the remainder of our home.

We have a 30 foot columnar oak, located 1 foot from the corner of our house. It had grown so large that the 6" diameter stems/trunk slammed into our eaves and roof. We needed to have these stems removed and leave the remaining stems intact so the tree woul;d still be aesthetically pleasing. Andrew and his father removed the 10 foot long stems safely and without damage to our home. The end result was wonderful. You can't even tell that the tree is missing it's main trunk. it looks so good. They were professional, courteous and on time!!
