Hi Tony, is truely a professional individual. I asked him his own opinion of the a/c models he recomends during his many years in the trade. When I e-mailed him, he was quick to respond !!. He sent his crew to perform the installation of a Keeprite 14 seer 2 ton unit on Mar 9/12. The weather reports said initially good weather. Buoy were they wrong!! Blowing snow, hail etc that day!! He should be proud of his crew , dispite the bad weather they were polite, fast, and respectful. Dispite me looking over their should ,since I am also a tradesman with a different skill!! They did a bang up Job. Thanks Guys

Mark assisted me with installing my weeping tile / rubber membrene ,gravel etc around the foundation of my house after trenching completed. He is a reliable, honest tradesman. He goes beyond the call to get the job done. I'm extremely happy with the end result. No more basement leaks! When it comes to committment he is there!!!!!!
