David did a great job of explaining the process and various other key items to be aware of while he was doing his testing. His pointers and experience were greatly appreciated and helped put any mould concerns I had at ease. Worth every penny for the peace of mind.

I needed my sump motor replaced so I went and bought the motor to ensure it could get done same day. I called in the morning and Brendan managed to fix it that afternoon. He got the job done. The same day service was nice (partially due to me gettting the part, but it would have been done the next morning anyway which is still good turnaround time). One major recommendation is that the plumbers should take more care in keeping things clean (ie. take shoes off etc and have some rags to wipe up (at least a basic wipe up) after they are done. I had to spend a good 25 minutes cleaning after the plumber left (had he taken his shoes off, that clean up time could have been 10 minutes). I would still use them again - i would just ask they remove their shoes (ideally i wouldn't have to). Thank you, Derek
