We had some water coming in in a corner of my very old basement after heavy rains. Colm came by quickly and discussed several options, all of which were reasonably priced for the work. We selected an approach and the work was done quickly and competently. After today's heavy rains I can confirm that the basement is now dry! I would not hesitate to use Act Fast again.

Act Fast came quickly and did work in a tight space that was rejected by other Waterproofing companies due to precieved lack of access. Colm was courteous, professional and provided work to an extremely high calibre. He stuck to his quote in spite of challenges encountered working with a very old foundation. I should never have issues with this wall again. Highly recommended.

After removing an addition at the back of my new house I discovered that there were several missing bricks, some holes in the wall, and several sections of loose bricks and a broken window sill. A&A came and provide a quote within 24 hours, and sent people to do the work faster than expected (within 2 days). The work was excellent, and in spite of running into problems and snags during the repair, the crew figured out solutions and left me with a wall that is in excellent shape.
