This company is by far the best trades I have had work on my house. Jerry goes beyond excellent customer service. He replies promptly to emails. Calls to clarify things if not clear. The two trades who did the work were so professional and the workmanship was superb. Throughout the process they confirmed before processing with tasks. Even when I was not happy with stain on step they said no problem and they fixed it on site. They even cleaned up after themselves as they worked throughout the day. And no surprise Jerry made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Our two staircases look amazing.

Chloe and her onsite staff are very professional from the original phone call to the day the staff came to do the job. I only wished I had asked how my windows were going to be cleaned. No ladder but instead a special water machine and windows dry on their own. I was so surprise how well it worked. However two second floor windows had marks that they could not see from the ground and were missed. Chloe was quick to apologize and did not hesitate to arrange a time for her staff to come back. Nice to hire a company where customer satisfaction is important.
