I am pleased with the prompt service and the installation. However, there is a gap of 1 5/8 inches between the shades through which a lot of heat escaped. The blinds do not diminish the sun light which makes sitting in the room and watching TV rather unpleasant particularly in the fall when the sun is lower in the sky. We hope that the effect of keeping the cold out will be noticeable.
