They recently installed grab bars in my mother's bathroom. They were quick, neat and courteous and reasonably priced. The only area for improvement lay around scheduling as they suggested a time slot (to which I agreed), but then didn't follow-up to firm-up the booking. I wasn't even sure they were going to come until I heard from them again the next day well after the original slot had passed. This was stressful as I needed the job completed on short notice. Still seemed like a decent job was done on somewhat short notice.

Scheduling was easy. The technician came on time, was polite and worked quickly. He was thorough. Prices were within the range of other companies that quoted.
