Re-roof 1980's home with new plywood sheathing, underlayment, shingles, fascia and gutters
Cody the estimator / foreman quickly estimated and booked the work when we inquired online. The price was very comparable to the top 3 quotes we received for similar roofing products / warranty life. He was flexible around our family's schedule to book the work. The crews were respectful when they were onsite and attentive to detail. Daily clean-up was done and the crews were very responsive to changing weather conditions - ensuring that the building envelope was protected at all times. The work was done on time and at the cost quoted. Clean-up was completed by the crews with no outstanding issues. When I called/texted with questions during the project, Cody was very quick to respond and follow up. Payment was easily done with a bank draft and the receipt received promptly. We would be glad to recommend Adanac!
