Michael , Ashley and the entire crew at level up basements completed my basement on time, on budget while exceeding expectations all through the project! My project involved everything that is required in finishing an unfinished basement starting with crack injection/sealing, framing, insulation, drywalling, sanding, flooring, painting, to post construction cleaning. I was expecting this project to be a very stressful period but it was completely opposite. I looked forward to the progress that was being made at a breakneck speed and like clockwork everything came together thanks to the careful planning from Michael. Michael was always available to take my questions and make changes as required so as to not clash with a few other minor projects that were going on around my house. Ashley, their designer, was also very patient in finalizing the design and helping us select the material from the showroom that has an extensive selection of material. I really appreciate the patience the team showed when we were having difficulties concluding on the path forward on some parts of the project. They explained the project plan clearly, answered my questions and concerns with care and attention (sometimes more than once!), offered valuable suggestions and guidance on decisions I was uncertain on, and kept me informed with all that was going well and also on things that did not go per plan which is quite normal with such a project. My basement looks really incredible and the whole experience makes me enjoy the space even better! Thank you Michael and your team for getting this basement done better than your promise including being ahead of schedule.
