The fklat roof was replaced and I had asked them to ensure to slant to roof so standing water would run into the eaves. After completion the wooden deck was replaced over the shingles. Shortly after I noticed there was still standing water after a rain. There was a 10 year warranty, but no leaked were experienced until year 11. I understand the liability period is over but I would have expected it to last much longer.

Very efficient processes in place for scheduling and tracking the job. Serviceman was prompt efficient and offered advice on solutions to the problem. The work was done much faster than expected and in summary, they exceeded my expectations.
