Called Andre at 10:30 on a Friday night, he was at my door within the hour. Super friendly and even spoke quietly since my wife and daughter were asleep. The repair was simple, just a dirty sensor. Everything was completed within half and hour and we had heat again. I would call him back in a heartbeat and you should as well.
