I shopped around for someone to replace some brick and do some pointing on my old victorian home. Browne's was not the cheapest and neither the most expensive. The reason I decided to go with them is because Mike was professional in his communications, negotiations, and pricing. For example, while other contractors were providing lower prices, they were also willing to do the work in below zero weather or when it was raining. This affects the quality of the work. Mike offered to only do the work when the conditions were right, which I appreciate. Also, when he started the work he realized there were a lot more bricks that should be replace and he went ahead and did it without charging me extra. The photos below are of some of the areas but they did more pointing all around the front of the home.

The fan motor of the furnace was having issues and they arranged a time directly with my tenants and quickly showed up and fixed the issue. They provided the most economical solution and didn’t even invoice me until they were sure everything was working properly and the tenants were satisfied.
