From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience. After having gone through several quotes from salesman after salesman, it was refreshing to meet Michael who just wanted to provide what was best for the client without pushing us one way or another. During the initial assessment, Michael took his time measuring, asking the right questions, and making appropriate suggestions. He said “I am doing this as if it was my own home” which is exactly the way it should be. Michael was in close contact with his installer during the entire process which gave me an idea of how thorough the work was going to be. Michael was diligent with his responses and kept us up to date with the latest. Timelines were as quoted. When it was time for installation, again I was impressed when I met Charles and his colleague. They came on time and worked quickly without sacrificing quality. The attention to detail was on point which is a quality I look for most when having any job completed. Overall it was phenomenal experience and the end result was perfect for my girlfriend and I. I strongly feel that the combination of Michael and Charles is who you need to trust to take care of your window covering needs!
