Our old furnace was on its last legs, and we needed to replace it. Dave was helpful, professional and quick to respond. He answered all of our questions and assisted in picking a new model right for us. Have used Quickfast in the past and will do so (if need be!) in the future.

Dave was a big help in our decision to buy a new air conditioner. He was easy-going on the phone and answered all of our questions, even before I indicated whether I would be using him for the installation. Dave was also knowledgeable and accomodating with scheduling so that we were very satisfied overall. Its nice to work with an honest guy whose not afraid to do what it takes to ensure customer satisfaction and a job-well-done.

I have dealt with only a few contractors as a home owner, but from what I have seen, few have a heart of gold like John. He is honest, hard-working and considerate, and I felt that he genuinely wanted me to be satisfied with the job. His crew are all very hard-working and honest as well. I have no qualms recommending John to anyone looking to get their basement lowered since it is what he has been doing for years and is his specialty. Despite many problems (particularly with a neigbour dispute), John was never daunted and was helpful in trying to find resolution and ensure that the job was finished in as timely a manner as possible without compromising quality or safety.
