Great communications from first contact with Chance to visit from representative Mike for an estimate. We were ready to order an exterior door for our solarium. Mike looked at the existing door thoroughly and told us that the door was not our problem. He pointed out some items on the door sill to me and made some suggestions that he thought might address the problem. After he left I followed his advice and based on the rain we had today, there was no problem! If he said buy a door I would have! I really appreciate honesty and hands down I would call Masters Windows and Doors if I needed to replace what they sell. Thank you very much, Mike!

The bathroom in our basement was built about 25 years ago by a "handyman". The ceramic tiles in the shower and on part of the bathroom walls were in need of significant restoration. The FGS team of Ronal and Andreas spent a very busy 2 days working on this job. At the end of that time, the shower and the bathroom's tile walls looked like they were a brand new, top quality installation! My wife and I were very, very impressed. Ronal and Andreas were scrupulous re: dust control and worked hard to get the job done. Their recommendations about certain aspects of the job were very helpful and afterwards we were given useful advice on the proper care/cleaning of the bathroom/shower tiles.
